Things could get messy…
I’m very excited to announce that this Easter we’ll be doing something a little different here at the Chapel. They call it ‘Messy Church’ and it’s a phenomenon that seems to be sweeping through the churches.
Ours takes place on Wednesday, 3rd April, from 10am – 12 noon, and is open to anyone who lives nearby, or in London, and wants to celebrate Easter a little differently with their kids.
Messy Church is a unique way of celebrating Easter that adults and children can enjoy together. It consists of messy crafts, games, snacks, and will even include an Easter Egg Hunt. There’ll be loads of space for kids to run around and have fun getting messy!
The event is for children aged 0-10 years and their parents/carers. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Messy Church is free, and this includes coffee and toast for the adults, and snacks for the children. We start at 10am, but don’t worry if you’re running late – you are welcome at any time. We’ll finish at 12 noon.
We are so excited to open up our doors and have a fun, creative and messy time celebrating and hearing the Easter story. We hope many of you will be able to join us!
Please RSVP to [email protected]insterchapel.org.uk if you are thinking of coming along, or just show up on the door and we will do our best to make space for you.
