INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.
Sensitive Personal Information: The information that we collect and store includes sensitive personal information such as information about physical or mental health, religious beliefs other beliefs of a similar nature and racial or ethnic origin.

MAILCHIMP
If you are already a member of our church, we will have added you to our MailChimp list. MailChimp’s Privacy Policy is available here.
If you are not a member of our church, and are already on these lists, it is because you have explicitly given us your consent to be contacted. This was through filling in a Get Connected form on a Sunday, through our App, or our website (described above). We only store your name and email address on the MailChimp system, which you can unsubscribe from at any point. Unsubscribing deletes your information and terminates your contact with us.
CHAPEL APP
We collect no personal information about you through the Chapel App, except for the Get Connected forms mentioned above and occasional information that is entered through Google Forms and Doodle. This information is not stored with Google or Doodle, nor the Chapel App, but transferred to our secure servers if needed, or destroyed once the event / survey has ended.

After this we may continue to hold your contact details for as long as you agree in order to keep you informed about the ministry of the church.

The assigned data protection officer is Rebecca Tan. We will provide you with access to your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse your request. We may charge a reasonable amount for providing access.

After notice from you, we will take reasonable steps to correct any of your information which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. If you wish to have your personal information deleted please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practicable.
