Howard became a Christian whilst studying law at Nottingham University shortly after his 21st birthday. He came on staff as Executive Director in September 2009. His role focuses on strategy, vision implementation, ministry development and staff and resource management.

He has a surprising testimony about how he came to faith in Jesus that involves pride, Prozac and plastic surgery.

He loves his wife, Holly, and is a West Wing addict with a very sweet tooth who likes to play tennis.
