Director of Youth and Families Ministry (Full-Time)
This person must have experience in leading youth or children's work, a mature Christian faith, and a creative ability to share this faith with young people and children.
The role will involve:
- developing our existing youth and children's work;
- pastoring, envisioning and equipping our youth and children's workers;
- developing a working partnership with our church families;
- developing our outreach to local young people, children and families;
- increasing our involvement in local schools.
