We are a lively, loving London church that puts intelligent, Gospel-centered teaching into practice. Or at least we would like to think we are.
When our church was started in 1841, its ministry changed the lives and communities of what was one of the poorest slums of London.
Today, we are every bit as hungry to see our society transformed, and just as counter-cultural.
The Westminster Foodbank is based at our church and is run mostly by volunteers from our congregation. It's open Mondays from 2-4pm & Thursdays 11am-1pm.
Want to get on top of your finances? CAP Money is for you. In just three sessions you will draw up your own budget and learn a money management system to help you stick to it.
On Sunday 7th June, Castle Lane (the road just next to our church) will be transformed into a Country Fayre, in association with the Big Lunch, and to raise awareness and money for the Westminster Foodbank.
Mythbusters will be a weekly short talk followed by a Q&A session in the Spring of 2015, designed to discuss and dispel many of the myths surrounding Christianity.
Unstoppable Truth // Church on Fire. A new sermon series for Sunday mornings.
In the Autumn of 2003 at Westminster Chapel we embarked upon a preaching school: an eight month series of seminars called ‘Preach the Word!’. These recordings are now available to download for free.
Alpha is a chance to explore and question the meaning of life. Over a series of eight sessions, you’ll find out about the basics of the Christian faith.
If you are a student or young adult and you are new to London, we’d love to warmly welcome you to the city and also to Westminster Chapel!

LifeGroups are the hub of friendship, discipleship and outreach at Westminster Chapel.
The City is our church’s social networking site. It is not a replacement for community but a tool to help us to get into each other’s lives and spend quality time together.
Westminster Chapel provides free audio downloads of its Sunday messages so you can access them from your computer or mobile device.
